Arin — Gizlilik Politikası

Bu gizlilik politikası, Arin mobil uygulamasının (Android ve iOS, "Arin", "uygulama", "biz") kullanıcılarından hangi verileri topladığını, bu verileri nasıl kullandığını ve kullanıcı haklarını açıklar.
Topladığımız veriler
- Hesap bilgileri: Google veya Apple ile giriş yaptığınızda; e-posta adresi, görünen ad ve profil fotoğrafı (Firebase Authentication üzerinden). Kullanıcı adı/şifre ile kayıt yoktur.
- Sağlıkla ilişkili profil bilgileri (açık rızanızla): Cinsiyet, doğum yılı, hamilelik/emzirme durumu ve alerji grupları. Bu bilgiler yalnızca taradığınız üründe size özel uyarı üretmek için kullanılır (örneğin bildirdiğiniz bir alerjen o üründe geçiyorsa). Açık onayınız olmadan kaydedilmez ve profili doldurmak zorunlu değildir.
- Taranan ürün fotoğrafları: Kamerayla çektiğiniz veya galeriden seçtiğiniz ürün/raf fotoğrafları, içindekiler listesini analiz etmek için sunucumuza ve yapay zeka servis sağlayıcılarına gönderilir.
- Bağışlanan ürün fotoğrafları: İzninizle paylaştığınız ürün fotoğrafları, moderasyon onayından sonra veritabanımıza eklenerek diğer kullanıcılara hizmet için kullanılabilir.
- Tarama geçmişi ve kullanım verileri: Geçmiş taramalarınız, favori/kayıtlı ürünleriniz ve uygulama içi kullanım istatistikleri.
- Abonelik ve ödeme: Uygulama şu anda ücretsizdir. Uygulama içi satın alma yoktur, ödeme bilgisi toplanmaz ve bu amaçla hiçbir servise veri gönderilmez. İleride ücretli üyelik açılırsa abonelik durumu RevenueCat üzerinden yönetilecek; kart bilgileriniz bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz, doğrudan Apple veya Google tarafından işlenir. O gün geldiğinde bu politika güncellenir ve yukarıdaki tarih değişir.
Verilerinizi kimlerle paylaşıyoruz
- Firebase (Google): Kimlik doğrulama.
- RevenueCat: Abonelik yönetimi. Ücretli üyelik kapalı olduğu için bu servis şu anda hiç çalıştırılmıyor ve ona veri gitmiyor.
- Yapay zeka model sağlayıcıları: Ürün tanıma ve içerik analizi için fotoğraflarınız ve içindekiler metni, işlenmek üzere üçüncü taraf yapay zeka servislerine (görüntü/metin analizi sağlayıcıları) iletilir. Bu sağlayıcılar veriyi yalnızca isteğinizi yanıtlamak için işler.
- Reklam yok: Uygulama reklam göstermez ve reklam ağlarıyla (AdMob, Facebook vb.) hiçbir bağlantısı yoktur. Verileriniz reklam amacıyla üçüncü taraflara satılmaz veya kiralanmaz.
Veri saklama ve silme
Hesabınızı uygulama içinden (Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil) istediğiniz zaman kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Bu işlem; Firebase kimlik kaydınızı, profil bilgilerinizi, tarama geçmişinizi ve hesabınıza bağlı tüm verileri geri döndürülemez şekilde siler. Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa bkz. Çocukların gizliliği
Arin, 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamaz.
Haklarınız
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında; verilerinize erişim, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme hakkına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için aşağıdaki e-posta adresinden bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
Politika değişiklikleri
Bu politika güncellenebilir; önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içi bildirimle veya bu sayfa üzerinden haber verilir.

Arin — Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what data the Arin mobile app ("Arin", "the app", "we") collects from its users, how it is used, and what rights you have.
Data we collect
- Account information: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address, display name, and profile photo (via Firebase Authentication). There is no username/password registration.
- Health-related profile data (with your explicit consent): Sex, birth year, pregnancy/breastfeeding status, and allergy groups. This is used solely to raise warnings specific to you on a product you scan (for example, when an allergen you declared appears in it). It is never stored without your explicit consent, and filling in the profile is optional.
- Scanned product photos: Photos you capture or select of products/shelves are sent to our server and to AI service providers to analyze ingredient lists.
- Donated product photos: Photos you choose to share may, after moderation approval, be added to our database to help other users.
- Scan history and usage data: Your past scans, saved/favorite products, and in-app usage statistics.
- Subscription and payment: The app is free today. There are no in-app purchases, no payment information is collected, and no data is sent anywhere for this purpose. If a paid membership is introduced later, subscription status will be managed through RevenueCat; your card details will never reach us and are processed directly by Apple or Google. When that happens, this policy is updated and the date above changes.
Who we share your data with
- Firebase (Google): Authentication.
- RevenueCat: Subscription management. Paid membership is off, so this service is not initialized at all today and no data reaches it.
- AI model providers: For product recognition and ingredient analysis, your photos and ingredient text are sent to third-party AI services (image/text analysis providers) for processing. These providers only process the data to fulfill your request.
- No advertising: The app shows no ads and has no connection to any ad network (AdMob, Facebook, and the like). Except where legally required, we do not sell or rent your data to third parties for advertising purposes.
Data retention and deletion
You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). This irreversibly deletes your Firebase identity record, profile data, scan history, and all data tied to your account. Children's privacy
Arin is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to processing of your data. You can reach us at the email below for any such request.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time; significant changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or on this page.
